Contest Eligibility: Please read these Rules and click "Yes" to acknowledge that you have read and understand them and agree to be bound by them during your participation in the Contest. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a legal resident of the country in which they reside at the time of entry to be a valid contestant in the Contest. You must have access to the Internet and a valid email address in order to enter or win.
How to Enter: To enter your ("Video") in the Contest, you must complete the registration form and then click on the "Upload A Video" link. You represent that all Videos are original recipes created by you and owned exclusively by you, and you agree that CookingTipsTV.com will show your Video during the Contest for purposes of promoting the Contest without payment or compensation to you. The video should be submitted under the CONTEST category with your location noted in the upload process. You agree that your submission will not include any material or language that is profane, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. CookingTipsTV.com in its sole discretion reserves the right not to authorize any Video to its site and cancel your participation in the Contest if we determine your submission violates any of these conditions. You may enter the Contest as many times as you wish provided each Video is unique and submitted separately.
Winner Selection: CookingTipsTV.com judges and visitors to the site may vote on the best Video submitted. The winners may be asked to return within ten (10) business days an affidavit of eligibility from their country. Prizes will be distributed through the discretion of the vendor for international awards. This contest is void where prohibited by law. The contest is open to anyone, world wide as long as you live in a country where contests such as this one are legal. If you live in Quebec Canada for instance, you may not participate since contests like this one are illegal there without payment of a bond. It’s your responsibility to ensure that contests like this one are not prohibited by your local law. Actual prize awards will only happen after your execution of an affidavit of eligibility.

General Rules: If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prizes will be forfeited in their entirety and awarded to alternates. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Terms of Participation and the decisions of users. In the event of a dispute as to identity of an online entrant, entries will be deemed made by the name appearing on the entry. CookingTipsTV.com is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. If, in the users’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, CookingTipsTV.com reserves the right to terminate the Contest and determine a winner using all eligible entries received as of the date of termination or to modify the Contest in a manner deemed appropriate by the Users.
