CookingTipsTV started its journey as Cooking Up Adventures, a video production of several international cooking schools teaching their regional cuisine with indigenous ingredients available around the world. Since the producer is also the videographer, director, gaff, lighting person, sound engineer and script writer, trying to get this on cable TV was impossible since there are union rules and going solo wasn't one of them.
Today, with broadband speed, these moments can now be enjoyed without the constraints of network production. And now with a team helping me build this food video social network - we're creating the way to bring the world of cooking together.
